Main duties:

1. Implement and publicize relevant laws, regulations, rules, and policies on land planning supervision.

2. Accept complaints and reports of planning violations and land violations within its jurisdiction.

3. Urge subdistrict land planning supervision agencies to carry out daily inspections within its jurisdiction; conduct major inspections and flexible inspections.

4. Investigate major land planning violations as assigned by superior authorities; organize and coordinate cross-subdistrict law enforcement actions.

5. Command and dispatch subdistrict land planning supervision agencies within its jurisdiction to carry out joint law enforcement and cross checks, and law enforcement, supervision, and inspection through satellite remote sensing images.

6. Coordinate the return of illegally occupied land and the mandatory demolition of illegal buildings, structures, and facilities within its jurisdiction.

7. Deal with illegal buildings built amid rural urbanization within its jurisdiction.

8. Review, approve, and supervise the non-commercial residential buildings of original villagers within its jurisdiction.

9. Review, approve, and supervise temporary land-use and temporary buildings within its jurisdiction.

10. Build a talent team for land planning supervision.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by the CPC Guangming District Committee, the District Government and other governing departments.
