The 9th China International New Media Short Film Festival kicked off in Guangming District Mass Sports Center Square on Nov. 26, 2018. Nearly 1,000 guests were in attendance, including representatives of the cooperating organizations from more than 20 countries and regions as well as short film directors and film stars.
