Fenghuang Subdistrict in Guangming is promoting the Yesun Yinzhi Life and Health Technology Park (银星·银智生命健康科技园) as a key industrial platform to support the growth of the life sciences sector, helping companies overcome challenges such as lengthy environmental approval processes, inadequate facilities and high startup costs.

Covering approximately 240,000 square meters and located in the core area of Guangming Science City, the park focuses on biopharmaceuticals, high-end medical devices, synthetic biology and AI-powered healthcare technologies. The park is located about 900 meters from Guangmingcheng High-Speed Railway Station, providing direct access to key cities across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
