Guangming Technology Finance Tower has been named one of Shenzhen’s first demonstration parks for domestically developed operating systems and chips, strengthening its role in supporting local technology companies.

The complex brings together technology innovation, industrial finance, technology transfer and business incubation. It was previously selected as one of Shenzhen’s key investment promotion parks.

To support research and development, the park has introduced one-stop computing services in partnership with China Unicom, helping reduce computing costs for technology companies. It has also worked with China Telecom to establish Shenzhen’s first 10-gigabit optical broadband park, supporting demanding applications such as AI model training and industrial simulation.

The park’s industrial ecosystem covers RISC-V chips, smart hardware, domestically developed software and the HarmonyOS ecosystem, spanning chips, hardware and software applications.

The park also connects companies with research institutions including Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology and Guangming Laboratory. Partnerships with venture capital firms, technology forums and project roadshows aim to help companies advance research, secure investment and bring products to market.
