The Guangming District Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship Park is a core facility of Guangming Science City. Opened in November 2013 and located in the China Merchants Technology Park in Fenghuang Subdistrict, it has a planned area of approximately 20,000 square meters and focuses on incubating startup projects led by overseas returnees in the fields of hard technology, biopharmaceuticals, and smart manufacturing.‌‌
