Main Responsibilities

1. Implement judicial administration laws, regulations, and policies at the national, provincial and municipal levels. Develop mid- and long-term plans and annual work programs for judicial administration.

2. Coordinate efforts to promote law-based governance across the district. Guide the development of a law-based government and advance law-based administration. Organize and implement district-wide assessments of law-based government performance and manage the legal advisory affairs of the district government.

3. Responsible for the drafting, review, filing, interpretation, and cleanup of normative documents issued by the district government. Conduct legality and filing reviews of normative documents submitted by district government departments and subdistrict offices.

4. Handle cases of administrative reconsideration and administrative compensation filed with the district government.

5. Guide community correction work and coordinate with relevant departments to manage individuals under community correction.

6. Plan and advance the development of the district's public legal service system. Guide and supervise people's mediation, legal education, community legal advisory services, notarial services, and other related work.

7. Guide and supervise legal aid operations.

8. Oversee law firms and lawyers within its jurisdiction.
