An engaging English Salon event was hosted by the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Guangming District in collaboration with Times High Tech Park on Nov. 1. Held at the Entrepreneur Activity Room within Weiguang Life Science Park, the event aimed to enlighten attendees on the art of aromatherapy and stress relief techniques.
Dr. Nihad Cheraga from Algeria led the event centered around the theme "Elevate Your Senses with Aromatherapy." The agenda featured discussions on how autumn impacts the body and the sharing of invaluable stress relief strategies.
Participants had the opportunity to delve into the basics of aromatherapy, explore various essential oils, create handmade essential oil soaps, blend personalized stress-relief formulas, and proudly display and photograph their aromatic creations.
This event is part of the regular series organized by the Foreign Affairs Bureau, fostering community connections and knowledge sharing. By connecting local Chinese and international residents, this initiative aims to position Guangming Science City as a thriving international hub.
The Foreign Affairs Bureau's collaboration with Times High Tech Park signifies a strategic effort to attract global talent, ultimately contributing to the establishment of a dynamic platform for international exchange. The two sides will host more cross-cultural engagement events in the future.
