Guangming District has added a new destination for leisure and enjoyment with the opening of the Innovation Park.

This expansive park is situated in the Loucun community in Xinhu Subdistrict, near the Science Park Station on Metro Line 6.

Covering approximately 67,000 square meters, Innovation Park boasts an innovation corridor, fitness facilities, and dedicated children's play areas. The design harmonizes urban development with lush green landscapes, allowing for ecological integration into daily life and embodying the spirit of innovation in the Guangming Science City.

With a strong emphasis on innovation, the district has assessed the natural environment and infused local historical and cultural elements into the park's design. This results in pathways, signage, amenities, and landscapes that reflect a commitment to improvement in form, content, and service. The park serves as both a leisure space and a cultural haven, making it an ideal gathering point for tech workers and a relaxing retreat for residents.

One of the park's standout features, the Talent Forest, is adorned with trees that carry QR code tags. Visitors can scan these codes to discover the successes of various scientists, enhancing the interactive experience. The park also celebrates innovative achievements by showcasing stories and motivational slogans from scientists, entrepreneurs, and scholars, further engaging the community.

As visitors explore the northern area, they'll find climbing stairs highlighted by plaques that detail the "History of Guangming Development," showcasing the contributions of scientists to technological advancement and their unwavering dedication to progress and excellence.

Innovation Park is designed as a multi-functional green space, with a sun-drenched grassy area set to be transformed into an innovation stage and a citizen interaction platform.
