"Bonjour La Ligne (Dear Line)," a solo exhibition by French illustrator Serge Bloch, is being held at the Guangming Culture and Art Center until April 6.

Born in 1956, Bloch is known for using simple lines to create whimsical and humorous works that feature everyday objects like light bulbs and stones.

An illustrator for publications such as Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Time, GQ, Reader's Digest and over 300 books, he is also the author of several children's books.

Bloch is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Baobab Award, gold medals at the Society of Illustrators' 47th and 57th annual exhibitions, and the BolognaRagazzi Award for Non Fiction.

A highly sought-after artist, he has worked with Hermès, Coca-Cola, Publicis, and Samsung, among other brands. In 2010, his works appeared on stamps issued by France's La Poste.

His exhibitions have visited cities across the world including Paris, New York, Seoul, Tokyo, Berlin, Geneva, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

Covering around 1,000 square meters, the "Bonjour La Ligne" exhibition is divided into 15 zones with different themes, showcasing Bloch's illustrations, installations, and more.

One of the most interactive zones of the exhibition, Zone M, themed "Magical Curator," invites visitors to use everyday objects to pair with Bloch's drawings to create unique works.
