On March 31, the Guangming International Talent Station was officially inaugurated during a ceremony in Guangming Science City.

Situated in the heart of Guangming Science City, the station boasts easy access to various transportation options and is surrounded by lush greenery and complete amenities. This new facility features 160 fully furnished apartments and a 500-square-meter public area designed with an international aesthetic. Highlights include spacious shared areas, a vibrant fitness zone, and a stylish light dining area, all equipped with cozy furniture and essential living amenities.

The apartments also offer international channels and bilingual services. Services available include policy consultation, career development, and social activities aimed at supporting talented international individuals.

During the launch event, Guangming Investment Holding Group signed a cooperation agreement with Ascott (China). This partnership seeks to leverage their combined strengths in branding, networking, financial resources, industrial capital, and human resources to develop a leading talent initiative, further establishing Guangming Science City as a key hub for attracting talent.

The talent station has also formed partnerships with local research institutions, universities, and major enterprises to provide discounted lodging services for their employees.

Currently, the station prioritizes accommodation for high-level talents who hold special talent certificates, as well as talented individuals recommended by key enterprises and institutions in the district.
