Guangming District recently opened a new Youth Talent Station location at Building 2B of Shangzhi Technology Park in Fenghuang Subdistrict.
To celebrate the opening, first-time residents received a gift pack containing 250 yuan in shopping vouchers (redeemable at Whale World, Wanda Plaza, N-Cube Park, and Rainbow Mall) and a 50 yuan Shenzhen Tong e-voucher for public transportation.
As an important platform for attracting and supporting young talent, the Guangming Youth Talent Station offers a “move-in ready + employment empowerment” model. It provides newcomers with convenient transportation, comfortable living facilities, and career development support, earning recognition from enterprises, universities, and students alike. Since its launch in 2019, the station has attracted applications from 4,300 university students.
Eligible applicants include fresh graduates with associate degrees or above, as well as graduates within one year after graduation. They can enjoy 15 days of free stay, with facilities such as private bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi, desks, wardrobes, and 24-hour security and concierge services. Located near Metro Line 6's Fenghuangcheng and Changzhen stations, the station is surrounded by commercial hubs like Whale World and Wanda Plaza, as well as cultural and natural landmarks such as Guangming Cultural & Arts Center and E'jingshui Wetland Park — offering young talents an immersive experience of Guangming’s vibrancy.
The station also connects with resources from the Communist Youth League Shenzhen Committee and Guangming District Human Resources Bureau, offering career guidance, entrepreneurship consulting, youth night schools, and job recruitment activities to help young people integrate quickly into the workforce.
Young talents interested in applying can register through the “Youth Talent Station” WeChat mini program, submit their details, and select “Youth Station (Guangming Talent Station).” After approval, applicants can check their status in “My Accommodation” and move in on the approved date by presenting their confirmation message and ID.
