The 27th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) concluded Nov. 16 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center after a vibrant three-day run. Among the fair’s highlights was the Guangming District pavilion, which wrapped up its showcase with strong momentum under the theme “Meet the New-Quality Guangming.”

Guangming brought together an elite delegation of more than 20 leading research institutes, innovation parks, and key enterprises at Booth E1 in Hall 15. Featuring a high-tech product lineup and immersive interactive experiences, the pavilion drew long lines of visitors, facilitated deep exchanges between exhibitors and visitors, and boosted cooperation opportunities across sci-tech industries. Guangming’s exceptional performance earned it the “Outstanding Exhibition Award” at the 27th CHTF, showcasing the district’s innovation strength and industrial appeal as a rising world-class science city.

This year’s CHTF drew global attention. According to organizers, more than 450,000 professional visitors from over 120 countries and regions attended the fair — a 13% year-on-year increase.

The pavilion’s strong performance reflects Guangming Science City’s well-developed innovation ecosystem: four top-tier research institutions, three technology transformation parks, and a dozen key technology enterprises that together form a complete chain of “research-transformation-industry,” underscoring the district’s strength in integrating the entire innovation pipeline.

Its exhibits ranged from interactive tech — such as competitive combat robots — to cutting-edge products including an L4-level intelligent agent mother system (MasterAgent) and the Panda70 quadruped robot, as well as consumer-friendly innovations like a customized capsule coffee machine.

The fair's conclusion marks not an end, but a new beginning. As the core area of the Greater Bay Area Comprehensive National Science Center, Guangming District will continue using the CHTF as a springboard to deepen global innovation collaboration, accelerate the construction of major science facilities, and strengthen its full-chain innovation ecosystem — from basic research and technological breakthroughs to industrial commercialization.
