The 2025 China Equestrian Tour Annual Finals (CSI3) Shenzhen will be held from Jan. 15 to 18 at the Guangming International Equestrian Center, marking the first high-level international equestrian event in the city since Shenzhen hosted equestrian competitions at the 15th National Games.

The competition is sanctioned by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) and classified as a three-star international event. With prize money totaling more than 1 million yuan (about US$140,000), the finals will bring together leading riders and horses from China and abroad to compete in show jumping events.

The Guangming International Equestrian Center, a core venue for the equestrian events of the 15th National Games, covers about 50,000 square meters. The facility features a steel-and-timber structure with a traditional double-pitched roof supported by wooden beams spanning up to 66 meters, combining modern design with natural elements. It includes competition arenas, stables and other functional spaces, providing integrated facilities for competition, training and daily care, organizers said.

An equestrian culture carnival will also be held outside the venue during the competition period, offering spectators opportunities to experience equestrian activities up close and learn more about the sport.
