A new sightseeing shuttle line has begun operating in Guangming, offering residents and visitors a low-cost way to explore major parks, cultural venues and science attractions in the area.
The Guangming East Sightseeing Shuttle Line, a new sightseeing shuttle line, has begun operating in Guangming. It operates as a loop service, starting and ending at Fenghuang Town Metro Station. The service runs on weekends and public holidays through March 3, with buses arriving approximately every 30 to 60 minutes, and the fare is set at 3 yuan (US$0.43) per person.
The route connects several of Guangming’s most visited destinations, including Hongqiao Park, known for its 4-kilometer red elevated walkway winding through forested hills, and Guangming New City Park, a 570,000-square-meter urban green space with hiking trails, cycling paths and family recreation facilities.
Stops along the line also include the Guangming Science Park (North Wing), which combines ecological landscapes with science-themed public spaces.
Other attractions on the route are the Guangming Culture and Arts Center, the Guangming Science and Technology Museum, the Guangming Sightseeing Cow Farm, and the Guangming International Equestrian Center.
