The ornamental trees, known for producing vivid golden flowers before their leaves emerge, typically bloom from February to April, with each tree’s prime viewing period lasting about 10 to 15 days. Their funnel-shaped blossoms resemble hanging bells and cluster densely along bare branches.
Along Jingkou Road, rows of the trees form a striking corridor of yellow, drawing residents who stop to take photos or cycle beneath the blossoms. Similar scenes can be found at Huiguiting Park, where flowering branches line hillside walking trails, and at Cuihu Park, where golden blooms reflect on the lake’s surface.
On Jinhui Road, the blossoms glow under the spring sunlight, while nearby Honghuashan Park features purple trumpet trees in bloom beside Minghe Tower, offering visitors a contrasting palette of soft violet hues.
