A two-day mountain biking carnival was held from April 11 to 12 at Xidesheng’s headquarters in Guangming District, bringing together industry players, athletes and cycling enthusiasts.
Billed as China’s first company-led cycling industry carnival, the event combined product exhibitions, new product launches, business matchmaking and public activities, alongside races and family-friendly experiences aimed at promoting cycling culture.

Competitions, including cross-country, downhill and other mountain biking events, drew top riders from across China and abroad. Participants also took part in test rides, interactive activities and cycling-themed workshops.
Organizers said the event adopted a “sports-plus” model to stimulate related sectors such as equipment, tourism, catering and hospitality, contributing to the local economy.
Xidesheng, a leading domestic bicycle manufacturer, said it will continue to support cycling development through athlete training, public education and partnerships with schools and local authorities to expand grassroots participation and promote healthy lifestyles.
