The Guangming Cultural Center is a key platform for public cultural services, community arts and the preservation of local traditions. Located in Gongming Subdistrict, the center provides facilities for dance, music, painting, calligraphy and other forms of artistic practice.

The center also supports the preservation and promotion of intangible cultural heritage through exhibitions, workshops and public education programs. Residents can participate in a variety of free or public-interest cultural activities, from traditional arts to contemporary creative programs.

The district has gradually developed a broader cultural center network around the main facility, with six sub-centers and numerous community and partner spaces. This network allows cultural programs to reach neighborhoods across Guangming rather than concentrating activities in a few large venues.
