Located at Zhenmei Community in Xinhuan Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 66,700 square meters and has a total construction area of 300,000 square meters. It has been recognized as the "Guangming District Biomedical Specialty Industry Creation Park."

The park has good production hardware facilities, with industrial wastewater treatment facilities, Class A hazardous chemical warehouses and other basic infrastructure in the factory building. It has complete living facilities and two service bases, including apartments, catering, supermarkets and sports facilities.

The park plans to build a unicorn base, an innovation incubation base, a macromolecule and a cell core technology platform, and create the first specialized park for the transformation of synthetic biology achievements in the country.
