Located at the intersection of Jiangshi and Bishi roads in Matian Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 16,500 square meters and has a total construction area of 93,000 square meters. The park integrates office, research and development, production, service and management functions. It has an industrial service center to create a diversified office service space and introduces professional service organizations and platforms to provide comprehensive support for starup companies in intelligent manufacturing and new generation information technology.

The park has been awarded the title of "Guangming District High-end Medical Device Characteristic Industry Creation Park," relying on its location's advantages, spatial advantages and the district's industrial advantages as an important node of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, to guide industrial transformation.
