This fresh dairy product has a smooth, creamy texture and a rich milky aroma. Its appearance resembles silky tofu pudding, and its delicate, lingering taste captivates the palate. Colostrum is the nutrient-packed milk produced within 72 hours after a cow gives birth, rich in growth factors, immunoglobulins, vitamins, and essential minerals.
Guangming Sweet Corn
Originally introduced from the United States to Guangming Farm, this variety boasts plump kernels bursting with juice, sweetness, and crispness. It's highly nutritious and reputed to help reduce fat, lower blood pressure, and decrease cholesterol — making it a favorite among locals.
