Shenzhen Bromake New Material Co. Ltd., or Bromake, initially founded in Guangming District, won approval to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 18, bringing the total number of listed companies in Guangming to 30.

In the public offering, Bromake (Stock Code: 301387) issued 19 million shares of stocks, accounting for 25% of its total shares of 76 million. The price was set at 58.32 yuan per share and witnessed an increase of over 5% upon its launch.

Founded in 2012, Bromake specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of protective and functional products. The company has established partnerships with prominent brands and enterprises including Lenovo, Midea, Haier, BYD, Luxshare, and Goertek.

The company's successful listing would not have been possible without the diligent guidance and strong support provided by Guangming District, according to Ma Zenglong, chairperson of Bromake.

Throughout the process of the company's IPO, Guangming District proactively coordinated with various departments, providing necessary materials and offering support through listing reward policies. Thanks to the superior business environment of the district, Bromake has been given the assurance to forge ahead with confidence in creating a brighter future.

The successful listing of Bromake marks a new milestone in the company's developmental journey and underscores the importance of Guangming District's commitment to cultivating key enterprises, which is pivotal in driving the transformation and upgrading of industries in the district.

Moving forward, Guangming District continues to enhance its enterprise listing process by focusing on three key areas, which include expanding the reserve pool of potential listed companies, attracting more financial institutions for guidance, and promoting the exceptional services offered by the district, which provides high-quality services and a top-notch business environment for enterprises.
