Located at the intersection of Liaoyu First Road and Tianliao Road in Yutang Subdistrict, the park is mainly focused on the high-end medical equipment industry. It has been recognized as the "Guangming District High-end Medical Equipment Featured Industrial Creation Park." The project covers an area of 16,000 square meters with a total construction area of 60,000 square meters, consisting of an open industrial park with one 8-story building and one 17-story building.

The park is equipped with exclusive unloading platforms, equipment lifting ports and a three-dimensional transportation system to meet the full-cycle needs of medical equipment companies for R&D. The goal is to become a benchmark park for high-end medical equipment in Guangming District.
