Located at the intersection of Guangqiao Road and Liaoyu Second Road in Yutang Subdistrict, the park covers an area of 41,000 square meters with a total construction area of 164,000 square meters. It has been awarded the honorary title of "Guangming District High-end Medical Equipment Featured Industrial Creation Park."

The park has complete industrial supporting facilities and is a strategically emerging industrial base. It plans to have a tennis court, a basketball court, a table tennis room, a conference room, academic lecture halls, a VIP reception room, innovation spaces, book cafes, fitness areas and commercial shopping areas, among other multifunctional spaces.
