Located at the intersection of Gongchang and Guangqiao roads in Xinhuan Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 2.2 square kilometers and has a total construction area of 6.3 million square meters. It is an important part of Guangming Science City's science-education integration cluster. It is adjacent to the Sun Yat-sen University Shenzhen Campus, the Shenzhen Institute of Technology under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other higher education institutions.
