Located at Guangyuan Fifth Road in Fenghuang Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 120,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 550,000 square meters. It has been recognized as the "Guangming District Precision Instrument and Equipment Industry Creation Park," aiming to become a new urban area integrating office buildings, research and development plants, smart apartments, star-rated hotels and commercial leisure facilities. The park is located at an important node of Fenghuang Town in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, close to the Longda Expressway Guangming Exit, the high-speed rail's Guangming City Station and Metro lines 6 and 13's Fenghuang Town Station. 

The park covers various types of industrial spaces, including maker spaces, incubators, accelerators, and medium-sized enterprise clusters and headquarters bases, to meet the development needs of enterprises from incubation to industrialization. The park has supporting hardware facilities and an intelligent management mode to create a new type of industrial community integrating residence, socializing, dining, office and finance.
