Shenzhen International Airport is located on the east bank of the Pearl River near Huangtian and Fuyong villages in Bao'an District, and is 32 km northwest of the city center. It is a hub for Shenzhen Airlines and Shenzhen Donghai Airlines and for cargo airline SF Airlines, and a focus airport for China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. The airport also serves as an Asian-Pacific cargo hub for UPS Airlines.
It is one of the three largest airport hubs serving the Pearl River Delta, alongside Hong Kong International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The airport also has direct ferry routes to Hong Kong International Airport.

Metro:
Line 11
Travel comfortably between the airport and Futian District in just 30 minutes on Line 11. Trains to Futian depart from 6:30 a.m. to 12:01 a.m. and to Bitou depart from 6:48 a.m. to 12:04 daily.
Line 1
The shuttle bus M416 is connected to Hourui Station of Metro Line 1.
Trains from Hourui Station to Terminal 3 depart from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and from Terminal 3 to Hourui Station depart from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Shenzhen International Airport is well served by public bus routes. The buses provide a convenient and relatively inexpensive transport option.
Taxi:
Taxis offer a door to door service to and from Shenzhen International Airport. Arriving passengers can catch a taxi at the Taxi Station, located in the eastern side of the 2nd floor of Ground Transportation Center (GTC).

Airport Fuyong Wharf has opened VIP services, including shuttle services, quick security check, priority customs clearance, booking ferry ticket, booking air tickets, and pick-up services from Airport VIP Rooms.
Located in the southwestern part of Shenzhen International Airport, Airport Fuyong Wharf is only 2 kilometers from the new terminal. It takes about 70 minutes to Hong Kong and Macao and 40 minutes to SkyPier at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) by ferry.
