In the first three quarters of this year, the GDP of Guangming District reached 99.04 billion yuan, up 6.4% year on year.

The added value of the primary industry reached 178 million yuan, down 9.4% year on year; the added value of the secondary industry reached 67.44 billion yuan, up 6.6% year on year; and the added value of the tertiary industry reached 31.42 billion yuan, up 5.9% year on year.

The added value brought by industrial enterprises above designated scale increased by 6.3% year on year. Among the pillar industries, the added value of the special equipment manufacturing industry grew by 34.5% year-on-year; the added value of the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry grew by 6.7% year-on-year; the added value of the non-metallic mineral products industry grew by 91.1% year-on-year; and the added value of the instruments and apparatus manufacturing industry grew by 80.0% year-on-year.

The district's 39 qualified construction enterprises achieved an output value growth rate of 75.3%. The district's construction industry value added reached 4.84 billion yuan, an increase of 16.9%, pulling the region's economic growth upward by 0.7 percentage points.

The district's for-profit service industry continues to expand. The operation revenue of for-profit service enterprises above designated scale reached 8.06 billion yuan, up 22.7% year on year. Among them, the operation revenue of software and information technology service enterprises above designated scale grew by 36.3%; the operation revenue of science research and technology service enterprises above designated scale grew by 16.9%; and the operation revenue of leasing and business service enterprises above designated scale grew by 8.8%.

The district's total sales of consumer goods reached 17.5 billion yuan, up 6.2% year on year. The total fixed assets increased by 9.2% year on year. The accumulative added value of the strategic and emerging industry reached 59.89 billion yuan, up 8.9% year on year.
