The 2023 Guangming District Tech Finance Summit. 

The 2023 Guangming District Tech Finance Summit was held at the Guangming Yungu International Conference Center on Dec. 16, Bao'an Daily reported. 

About 300 people, including representatives of financial institutions, business associations, industry experts and scholars, scientific research institutions, and science and technology enterprises, were invited to discuss the new path of high-quality development of science and technology finance. 

The Guangming District Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen Branch and a number of high-quality financial institutions in China during the summit to inject new momentum into the district's high-quality development. 

Shenzhen has recently launched a scientific and technological innovation seed fund with a total scale of 2 billion yuan (US$280.41 million), with Guangming Science City Seed Fund as one of the first four sub-funds.

The science seed fund, jointly established by Shenzhen Seed Fund, Guangming District Guidance Fund, Shenzhen Angel Fund of Funds, and Lihe Venture Capital, signed an agreement with the local government during the summit to officially land in the district, aiming to help build Guangming Science City into a national leading place for scientific research and economics.
