The Guangming Science City Talent Port. 

An opening ceremony was held to mark the official operation of the Guangming Science City Talent Port at the Shangzhi Science and Technology Park in Guangming District on Jan. 5.

Located on the fourth to 11th floors of Building 1A of the Shangzhi Science and Technology Park, the port is built in accordance with a "2+6" model, with a total construction area of approximately 13,500 square meters.

The "2" model refers to a two-story public service area on the fourth and fifth floors, with a construction area of 3,395 square meters. It has 10 functional areas including a talent service window, a youth science and technology talent service area, a road show area, and an overseas talent meeting area, among others.  It provides one-stop services for various talents, key enterprises, and scientific research institutions.

The "6" model refers to the floors designed for human resources service institutions on the sixth to 11th floors, covering an area of approximately 10,000 square meters. Currently, 40 high-quality institutions such as the Shenzhen Zhiguang Talent Technology Company (a subsidiary of Shenzhen Talent Group) and Zhaopin have gathered there.

The talent port management will introduce more high-quality institutions in the future through the creation of a talent exchange platform, promoting the sustainable and healthy development of human resources services in the district.
