Located at the intersection of Gongmingtianyuan Road and Shutianpu Road in Matian Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 9,600 square meters with a total construction area of 45,000 square meters. It has been recognized as the "Guangming District New Material Featured Industrial Creation Park." The park focuses on the pre-stage verification and transformation of new material research and development results, retaining the headquarters and R&D pilot stage in Guangming District. This allows capital, talent and high-growth companies to gather at the base, creating a new material transformation industry ecosystem.

The park solves the core issues of concern for new material companies by providing sewage treatment stations and centralized waste gas treatment facilities that can handle acidic, alkaline, dust and organic waste gases, thus fully meeting the trial needs of new material companies. During the investment promotion phase, the park welcomes three types of new material companies: those addressing bottleneck technologies, import substitutions and industry leaders.
