Located at the intersection of Guangqiao Road and Kelian Road in Yutang Subdistrict, the project covers an area of 32,000 square meters with a total construction area of 160,000 square meters. It includes a science and technology incubator, a technology accelerator, an artificial intelligence demonstration base and a comprehensive service support building.

The park has been recognized as the "Guangming District Biopharmaceutical Featured Industrial Creation Park." Shenzhen Bay Laboratory has already taken up residence in the park, which has complete supporting facilities, providing 6,000 square meters of shared public service space for companies, including an academic lecture hall, VIP reception room, multifunction conference room, 500-square-meter technology exhibition hall, 1,800-square-meter intelligent cafeteria and 200 units of talent apartments. It will also build open office spaces, libraries, gyms and more.
