The Guangming District Service Center for Overseas Personnel (Gongming Workstation), with a floor space of 2,300 square meters, is located on the 5th floor of Building 1A of the Hongfashangyu housing estate, providing comprehensive services for local and foreign residents.

The service center is mainly responsible for foreign-related business consulting. As overseas personnel may encounter various problems in their daily life and work, the center has established a consultation platform, linking various resources to provide suggestions or guidelines for overseas personnel. It provides thoughtful and convenient services for foreign residents in its jurisdiction, helps them better integrate into the community, strengthens communication and exchanges between local and foreign residents, and improves the international communication level of residents in the region.

Under the guidance of a notice issued by the Shenzhen Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau to promote the construction of internationalized communities, the center organizes social workers to receive training on international knowledge, etiquette, skills, language, etc., and encourages residents to participate in international exchange activities.
