The Gongming Subdistrict Integrated Cultural Service Center, with a floor space of 1,700 square meters, is located in the Shangyu housing estate of Gongming Subdistrict. Adjacent to Honghua Hill Park, it is a comprehensive functional area for public activities and cultural exchanges.

It provides services to the 200,000 residents of five communities under the jurisdiction of Gongming Subdistrict.

It has set up four front desk consultation windows, and collaborates with relevant departments to provide residents with professional consultation services.

It has a 100-meter display corridor, showcasing the work of Party construction, youth leagues, women's associations and volunteer unions.

It also boasts a 228-square-meter dynamic image exhibition hall, a 150-square-meter reading bar with a collection of 5,000 books and an 80-square-meter lecture hall.

To better serve local residents, it set up a 70-square-meter children's reading bar and a 100-square-meter training room. It also has rooms for calligraphy, painting, and chess.

The center has organized more than 170 cultural events. Among them, more than 40 activities have been organized for the community's families, including a "Colorful Summer" story-telling event, a Father's Day special event, a public gymnastics dance experience class, and a promotion of the Law on the Protection of Minors.

More than 80 events have been held for interest groups such as calligraphy, painting, dance and song, and film-watching.

The center, which currently has 14 staff members, is divided into the center headquarters, a subdistrict library, and four community libraries, with eight members at the headquarters in the Shangyu housing estate and six members at the libraries in other places.
