Colostrum, a milky fluid released by cows that have given birth to cattle within 72 hours, is made into custard-like dessert after it's stewed together with sugar.

Colostrum milk needs to be preserved at a temperature of -10°C to guarantee freshness.

This dairy delicacy is low in sugar and fat and rich in proteins and nutrition.
